L&Rの問題集2パート7のonline discussionで社内でのteam buildingについて話していて、そこでチョロっと“Pros and Cons of Flexible Scheduling”という議題が出ていました。ここでの日本語訳は「柔軟なスケジュール設定の利点と欠点」となっていました。これじゃ何のことかすぐにピンとこないですよね。



flexibleがあるし、働き方について語っているディスカッションなのでFlexible Schedulingはいわゆる「フレックスタイム制」ではと想像できた方もいたかもしれません。まさにそのような意味を載せているビジネス辞書がありました。
