「Come (and) 動詞の原形」はTOEICでは広告で使われる表現でした。リアルTOEICらしく実際の広告で確認してみます。下記のCMでは最後にCome visit us in Providence today!と言っています。
下記がTOEICでの例ですが、広告での定型表現と言えそうですね。
（電器店セールの広告）
Come visit Lifeline Electronics today!
（不動産屋からの売り込みメッセージ）
I think you should come see this as soon as possible because I'm sure it won't be available for long!
次はandのある例です。
冒頭でCome and visit us at Tedeschis!と言っています。
（フィットネスセンターの広告）
Come and see us today and you'll be on your way to a healthier and happier you.
下記がTOEICでの例ですが、広告での定型表現と言えそうですね。
