TimeのサブタイトルはThe President is presentとリズミカルになっています。「国家主席が出席」みたいな感じでしょうが、ブログタイトルでキャッチーにするべく「ステキな国家主席」としてみました。ここまでしてしまうと翻訳ではなくなってしまうかもしれませんが。。。
